Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class Delivery.

After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Here you're able to view your order number and an overview of your order.  We'll do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.  Royal Mail will usually deliver your order within 24/48 hours.

Optional Royal Mail Signed for First Class Delivery – automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped using DHL or a similar service.

After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Here you're able to view your order number and an overview of your order.  We'll do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.  European orders will usually be delivered within 2/5 work days.

 

Delivery outside the UK

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom. 

 

Delivery

If something happens which is outside of our control and affects the estimated date of delivery, we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.

Delivery of the goods will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us.

We may be unable to deliver the goods if we are unable to properly identify you.  Please be prepared to provide a form of ID (passport or photo-card driving licence) on delivery of goods.

Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 14 days, we will, let you know, cancel your order and give you a refund.

If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
