Online Returns Policy

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you contact Rebel & Rain within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return label.

You will then have a further 14 days to get the items back to us. Returns that reach us outside of 28 days and/or do not have a return return label will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

We offer FREE Hermes Parcel Shop returns to all UK Customers via 5,000 + local stores nationwide.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Item/s must be returned in their original packaging including all swing tags/labelling attached with original strings intact also branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item/s.

Rebel & Rain Limited reserves the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item/s is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. We cannot take responsibility for items once washed or worn.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

We advise that ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will start the refund process. Funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment. Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.


In-Store Returns Policy

Our in-store policy is different to our online returns policy. For items purchased in-store, you can exchange or receive a credit note to the value of the goods purchased if returned within 14 days of date of purchase (provided they have been returned, unworn, unused and in original saleable condition with all tags intact)

We do not offer refunds in-store and there is no return on sale/reduced goods.
