We now offer FREE Hermes ParcelShop returns to all UK Customers via 5,000 + local stores nationwide.

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you contact Rebel & Rain within 14 days of receipt to acknowledge the return.

We hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.  If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons such as underwear or earrings) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, please read our Terms and Conditions.  To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.  The Item/s must still be in their original packaging and have all tags/labels attached, they must be returned with correct despatch and order information.

Item/s must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item/s.

Rebel & Rain Limited reserves the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item/s is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. We cannot take responsibility for items once washed or worn.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

We advise that ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

We regret that we cannot refund the cost of return if you use a service not listed in our return methods.

How will I receive my Return Lable?

Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to varify your email address, this is to make sure that the email address linked to your order is valid and working. After receiving verification by return email we will send the Return Lable to you as an attachment.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
